The Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia, Inc. strives to be one of our community's most respected and admired organizations and dedicates itself to serving the needs of veterans who are poor and homeless in Georgia.
The Veterans Empowerment Organization is a place of hope where our community's natural abundance of compassion and resources can come together to embrace those veterans who are neglected, sick, hungry, and otherwise have no place to turn. Our goal is to provide food and shelter to veterans who are in extreme poverty as well as those who are merely struggling with hard economic times. The Organization is working to develop more housing and other programs to help homeless veterans make the transition from living on the streets to living as productive citizens.
Our goal is to be nationally recognized as a leader in the fight against homelessness. The Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia wants to be among the most successful such organization in the country. To achieve that distinction, we are working to ensure that the organization follow its mission.
Our goal is to end chronic homelessness in Georgia, starting with homeless veterans. We are confident that the help of the community our organization will be able to achieve this goal. The Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia aims to rebuild the lives of veterans who have been shattered by war injuries and are now not simply disadvantaged but among the outcasts of society. Our expertise in serving the needs of hardest-to-reach segment of the homeless population and our partnerships with other human services organizations make The Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia, Inc. uniquely qualified to lead this effort.
